Ever curious how much water is enough?
There are lots of different studies . . . from those that share only drinking when you are thirsty to those that get very specific about your body characteristics and the environment in which you find yourself.
The former didn't work for me as I'm rarely thirsty and the later was a bit too complicated.
I'm all about simple.
The techniques we promote are
Drink more than yesterday . . . because most of us don't drink enough.
Try to consume ½ of your body weight in ounces per day. For example, a 120 lb person would be encouraged to drink 60 ounces of water.

Up until my 60s I ignored the importance of hydration. Now I rarely drink anything else but water. Its made a big difference for me.
