We’re all human.
Crazy, right?
Even when we’ve got everything under control—well, we think we do—there will be times when anxiety sneaks in.
Why does it happen?
Who knows!
Sometimes it’s a big event, and other times it’s just old habits from when we were kids.
So last weekend, anxiety decided to visit me, and wow, did I end up on a feeding frenzy!

Yep, even your trusty guide went to the snack-filled dark side.
What did I do?
I embraced it.
I pigged out like the good ol’ days.
Did I beat myself up?
Not this time!
Sure, it set me back a bit on my health plan, but here's the thing.
I accepted it and promised myself that by Monday morning, I’d be back on track.
So, next time you stray from your path—and trust me, it’s gonna happen—don’t sweat it.
Take a deep breath and embrace it.
Laugh it off because humor makes everything better.
Then, just shake it off and get back to your healthy routine the next day.
