TRANSCRIPT: I thought today we'd take a couple moments, and let me get this out of the way, and I want to show you how to get the most out of your 5 percent Club subscription, be it the free or the paid subscription.
First, I would recommend that you watch it... that you go to our 5 percent Club on a browser. That would be Edge, Safari, Chrome.
Do you know what a browser is? Anything where you access that.
The app is wonderful, especially on a phone. If you just want to read our articles or notes. Go ahead and get the app and check it out there.
But now to get the full impact of what we have available, you're going to want to do it on the browser.
Now here I have my browser open so you can see.
Right now we're on the 5 percent Club homepage. You get that by going to 5percentclub.substack.com and you'll notice across the top there's a group of tabs.
The home tab is where you get basically our latest posts and you can see them here. Now you may not realize there's also something called notes.
See right there? Notes. You click on notes. These are little, little sayings, pictures, encouragement, inspiration, motivation we put up. Those are to help you to get even stronger. And they also link directly into the, uh, to the articles also, if you'd like.
So there are things we can do that, that just something to go in and take a look at, and maybe even, uh, made a notification for.
Now sample classes. I'm starting to put sample classes up here and we get some nice little short classes to give you an idea of what goes on. These are also classes like, you know, it's the bottom one here to stretch and destress your calves. That's an 18 minute class. It's a 19 minute class that you can do right here in the 5 percent club.
Now body fixes. Every week we put up a new body fix. As you can see right now, we have Peggy's killer foot routine, which is just a miracle. We have mid back pain. Give a try to release this and decongest your nose. These are the first three we've put up... going to be lots of these. So very important.
You can get body fixes. Now you don't get the classes, the body fixes, the meditation, or the archive from the app.
That's why I'm recommending that even on your phone, you might want to consider checking out the 5 percent club on your browser.
Okay. And then you, you know, you can do a browser on the phone and add it to your homepage.
You add that particular bookmark to your homepage. It's easy to do on, on, uh, Apple or Android.
Every Sunday we're putting up a new meditation. These are basically usually 10 minute meditations. And the whole idea is just to be able to take this meditation for the week. Do it as often as you'd like, they have some nice background music.
They're slow and they're only 10 minutes long. So something I think you might want to really check out.
And then finally the archive. Now, the important thing about the archive is if you're a paid subscription, which is only $3 a month, it's $6 a month pay monthly, $36 a year. The paid subscription gets you all of the entire archive.
Unfortunately in the 5 percent club the main posts are only available to the general public for 30 days, which is enough for most people. But sometimes you might want those body fixes and go back further than 30 days or the sample classes or the meditations.
We're trying to make this so that you can get everything that we've learned over the past 20 plus years... to help us thrive in our 70s and we want you to thrive also.
That's why we started the five percent club, so I thought today we'd take just a few moments and I would show you everything available in the five percent club that you probably didn't know about.
